there was a lot about my treatment that i didn't fully understand. if i had known it could result in my upper teeth flaring outward when they hadn't before treatment, i would have wanted to discuss that risk much earlier. i paid for braces largely for cosmetic reasons, so hearing, "i know it's not what you wanted”after two years of treatment was very discouraging. i wanted to be involved in decisions about my treatment and understand how the final result would look. instead, i often felt like my concerns were dismissed with comments such as, "you still look good" although a few possible solutions were offered afterward, i feel this situation could have been addressed much earlier and possibly prevented. the last thing i heard was, "i know it's not what you wanted," rather than a clear treatment plan for moving forward. that left me worried that there may not be a satisfactory solution and that i'll be left retaining a result i'm unhappy with.

Slow, don't always answer when called. Music played is very often undesirable.

Hours online are wrong! My son had his braces put on 4/20 at 5:30pm. His wire is cutting his mouth and he has gone through 6 packs of wax. I took him Monday at 4:30 and they said they were closed. Ugh, it says 6pm and I was told Monday was later hours. She said I can bring him in Tuesday at 3; people work until 5! I took half the day off work Friday and kept him home from school it’s hurting him. Guess what?! They’re closed fridays! Not only have I waisted a day off work, my son still didn’t get the wire cut and a note for the school! They told me, I can cut it myself with nail clippers! No! I will not use nail clippers ! I wish they would have told me on 4/20 they were changing their hours because I went to them based off the later hours to accommodate my work schedule. I’m ready to have them go somewhere else! This is ridiculous! My son can’t even get the wire or a school note and they want me to do the work myself with nail clippers! It’s bad, update your hours! You charged more than double what you charged me for my daughter 1.5 years ago and you can’t even help my son! You told me to call Monday and say it was an emergency, emergencies don’t get cut with nail clippers by a par

They really should update their hours online. Every time we go at 8:30, the doors are still closed. If they open at 9, then just say 9. Listing 8:30 wastes customers’ time, especially for people who need to get to work.

I wouldn’t recommend coming here. I paid out of packet $3,200. I was only supposed to have braces two years. I previously had them, lost my retainer and just needed a few spaces closed. However 4 years later I ended up moving for school. My braces were completely paid off before I transferred to the Columbus location. 2 years into that, I moved back home to take care of my dying father. This is a total of 6 years now. Of a 2 year care plan. I was told by Rebecca Frank that I couldn’t transfer back to the Boardman office. She claimed that the Boardman and Columbus locations does work differently. And I’m not able to come back as a patient. She was extremely rude on the phone. I explained my situation and she said she didn’t care and if I wanted to continue treatment I would have to stay with the Columbus location. Although the Columbus location never did anything different. The contract that I signed with precision orthodontist never said anything about me not being able to transfer. Everything was over the phone when I transferred to the Columbus location and I was NEVER told that I couldn’t transfer back. Rebecca Frank refused to provide me with the corporate phone number.
